• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault, ATM, and maintain adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, ensuring compliance, loss control, and audits.
