• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; anticipate needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and ensuring policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support all branch operations, emphasizing loss control, compliance and audits.
