You will guide a team, promote self-service tools, uphold regulatory requirements, and maintain strong loss controls while building lasting client relationships and delivering top-tier service in a dynamic community banking environment.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Strong client relationships; educate and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and direct them.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build relationships.
• Simplify banking by promoting self-service options for clients.
• Support branch operations, uphold loss control, compliance and audits.
