You will lead operations, manage cash devices, and ensure adherence to bank policies while mentoring the branch team to uphold high standards of loss control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay organized to handle multiple tasks.
• Educate and keep the branch team informed and connected.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand and help them effectively while anticipating their needs.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the friendly branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth, secure operations.
