Qualifications

• 2 years of retail banking experience required.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales by developing long-lasting relationships with clients and offering customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Tellers and personal bankers; open new accounts.
• Process transactions and monitor branch controls; oversee operations.
• Cross-sell bank services and refer to other departments as needed.
• Meet or exceed operations standards and conduct satisfactory audits.
• Develop client relationships and provide proactive financial solutions in the community.
