Columbia Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team at the Antioch location, driving client service excellence and community relationships. The role emphasizes achieving growth targets, managing deposits and loans, and ensuring compliant operations in a busy retail banking environment.

Ideal candidates have 5 years banking experience with lending exposure, strong leadership, and MLO/SAFE Act familiarity. Onsite work at 3700 Lone Tree Way, Antioch, CA 94509 is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 3 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership and coaching.
• Proficiency with consumer lending and knowledge of mortgage lending process; MLO registration and SAFE Act compliance.
• Notary certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and growing relationships.
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio and expenses.
• Ensure audit results are satisfactory through sound operating practices.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions aligned with Retail strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations.
