Columbia Bank in Antioch, CA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the bank of choice in the local community. This role drives growth through new relationships and expands existing ones, while ensuring efficient branch operations and adherence to policy.

The right candidate will have extensive banking experience, including consumer and small business lending, and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

5 years banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
3 years of management experience in banking or retail including team leadership, coaching, daily supervision, labor law compliance, performance management, hiring and termination preferred.
Advanced knowledge of banking products and services with demonstrated business acumen.
Proficiency in consumer lending and exposure to business lending with deposit/loan portfolio oversight.
Notary certification preferred and Bank MLO registration under SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and coach associates to meet growth goals and staffing needs.
Oversee branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio management and expense control.
Maintain audit standards through sound operational practices.
Partner with Retail and cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions aligned with business strategy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations.
Embodies core bank values in interactions with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
