Qualifications

• 3 years of retail banking experience required.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer service background in retail or banking.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales by developing relationships and offering customized solutions.
• Must be able to act as an MLO and register as an MLO per SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch meets or exceeds operations standards at all times.
• Monitor audits and coach team to deepen customer relationships.
• Open new accounts and process loan requests; gather credit information.
• Lead, train, and coach Tellers and, where applicable, personal bankers.
• Oversee branch tasks: opening/closing, wires, overdraft monitoring, and branch controls.
