Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern for an on-site program. You will learn daily branch operations, loan processes, and regulatory training while working with our team to gain real-world experience.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to sales, customer service, compliance, and leadership development with potential for full-time employment after graduation. Ideal candidates are juniors/seniors in Business or Finance, reliable, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Available to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility is based on a criminal background check conducted by the state’s department of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to discuss career path and promotional potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
