Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for college juniors and seniors with a focus on Finance or Business. You will learn day-to-day branch operations, participate in loan processes, and engage with leaders to explore career paths within the company.

The program provides hands-on experience, training, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and full involvement in the Branch Operations team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through an accelerated program.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process-improvement related projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued.
