Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn the loan process and regulatory training through accelerated Assistant Branch Manager path.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including file prep and audits.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional path and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch experience is valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
• Overview of benefits during the program.
