Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing a finance or business focus. You will learn branch daily operations, assist in loan origination and funding, and gain exposure to corporate functions within a growing consumer lending company.

You will participate in process-improvement projects, training, and leadership development opportunities, with a pathway toward full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eligible for insurance licensing to sell voluntary products.
• On-site internship at Republic Finance Branches.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Participate in process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Attend regional meetings as available.
• Exposure to corporate roles like Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting.
