Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background checks and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
• Eligibility to meet insurance licensing requirements for selling voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process, regulatory training, and branch operations.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand career paths and promotions.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Support branch operations process improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
