Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship designed for current college juniors and seniors pursuing Finance or Business. You will rotate through loan processes, learn compliance, and participate in branch operations projects while gaining real-world exposure.

The program pays $15.00 per hour with the aim of offering full-time employment after graduation and success in the program. Candidates must be eligible for insurance licensing and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet background checks, credit checks, and pass a pre-employment drug screen; eligibility for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding; manage files.
• Meet with Manager/Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued and learn about benefits.
