Job summary

Republic Finance is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. The program is 100% onsite and pays $15.00 per hour with potential for full-time employment after graduation.

You will learn daily branch functions, participate in loan origination processes, and engage in process-improvement projects while gaining exposure to broader company opportunities and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, credit history and drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and sales/customer service approach.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to learn broader operations.
• Engage in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Spend time with managers to understand promotional paths.
• Explore corporate roles that leverage branch experience.
