Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship designed for current college juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in business or finance. You will learn loan processes, regulatory requirements, and the day-to-day operations of a branch while earning $15 per hour and exploring long-term career paths.

The program includes hands-on experience with loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, plus opportunities to engage with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Criminal and credit background checks; pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on state background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training via accelerated Assistant Branch Manager program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding including file prep and auditing.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotion paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about branch operations process-improvement projects and related corporate roles.
