Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Intern program for current juniors/seniors in college studying Business or Finance. You will learn the daily functions of a branch and gain exposure to the broader organization, including loan processes and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing is required (background check).

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and the broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings.
• Attend regional meetings to understand the Branch Operations division.
• Support process-improvement projects within Branch Operations.
