Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Intern who is currently a Junior or Senior in college with a focus in Finance or Business. The role is 100% onsite and includes hands-on experience in loan origination, processing, closings, funding, and regulatory training.

Earn $15.00 per hour with a path to full-time employment after graduation. You will also engage in regional meetings, process-improvement projects, and exposure to corporate roles across Audit, Compliance, and Training.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes including origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Work with Manager and Regional VP to understand career paths and promotion potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Participate in branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
