Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors focusing on Finance or Business. The program provides hands-on experience in loan processes, customer service, compliance training, and leadership development, with a path toward full-time opportunities after graduation.

Interns will participate in accelerated training, be exposed to various department collaborations, and gain insight into corporate roles where branch experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet background checks and pre-employment drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations of a Republic Finance branch and the broader organization.
• Participate in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
