Republic Finance, LLC is inviting current college juniors and seniors to join our Branch Operations internship program, designed to expose you to the day-to-day functions of a lending branch and the broader organization. You will learn loan processes, customer service, compliance training, and participate in process-improvement projects while exploring future opportunities within Republic Finance.

The role is 100% onsite and offers hands-on experience with potential full-time employment after

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Willing to work 18–20 hours per week and eager to learn.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing eligibility as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes through hands-on experience.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Participate in branch operations projects and regional meetings.
• Shadow managers to understand promotional paths within Republic Finance.
• Attend trainings including compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valuable.
