Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing Business or Finance. This 100% onsite program provides hands-on experience in loan processing, regulatory training, and daily branch operations while you shadow managers and leaders.

You will learn the Republic Way, participate in regional meetings, and may progress toward full-time employment after graduation. The role emphasizes customer service and exposure to corporate paths.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eligible to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background, credit checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible for insurance licensing subject to background check.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process with regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and funding.
• Spend time with Manager/Regional VP to understand promotion path.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Support one or more process-improvement projects in Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch backgrounds are valued.
