Job summary

Chase in Layton, Utah, is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, partner with the Branch Manager, and ensure precise processing of transactions while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will guide the team, greet clients, promote self-service options, manage cash devices, and drive loss prevention and audits, building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail across tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership in branch operations and guidance to the team.
• Educate and keep the branch informed on policies and procedures.
• Build strong client relationships and educate clients on services.
• Minimum 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients on entry, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings for relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients, understand needs and assist with transactions.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, check policy compliance and audits.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and solutions.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations and maintain high standards for loss control and compliance.
