You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee cash devices, lobby flow, and loss-control measures, while maintaining top-notch service during varied branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.

• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM. Resolve client issues promptly and accurately.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits across branch operations.
