Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch activities, supervise staff, and ensure accurate transactions in a compliant, customer‑focused environment. You will partner with the Branch Manager to elevate service and implement loss-control and audit standards.

You will train teammates, promote self-service options, and build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and teamwork across the branch.

Qualifications

• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch, assisting with transactions, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, polite communication to understand and help them effectively; anticipate their needs while checking them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve issues quickly while adhering to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build lasting relationships, assisting with specialized financial needs.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking for 24/7 access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
