Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to support the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional client experiences and overseeing daily operations. You will guide staff, ensure accurate transactions, and promote self-service features to simplify banking for clients.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to educate teammates on policies, audits, and loss control while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and stay organized.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency in a team environment.
• Educate the branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Build meaningful client relationships and proactively educate and refer experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Explain services clearly and check clients into the waiting queue.
