Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to be at the heart of branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager and team to ensure transactions are handled with precision and care while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will welcome clients, guide them to self-service options, and build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes loss control, audits, and training through a dedicated Branch Operations Lead program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Commitment to following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to educate and guide the branch team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist transactions, manage lobby, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, resolve issues while adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and accessibility 24/7.
• Support Branch Manager to uphold loss control, compliance, and audits.
