Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch activities, foster an exceptional client experience, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to supervise staff, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues while promoting self-service options for customers.

The role requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for weekend and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet and assist clients with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings for relationship building.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues while adhering to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and meet financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for convenient 24/7 account access.
• Support all branch operations including loss control, compliance and audits.
