Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to collaborate with the Branch Manager and drive exceptional client experiences. You will greet clients, assist with transactions, guide lobby flow, and lead branch operations including cash vault and ATM management.

The role emphasizes compliance, loss control, and cross-team education to build lasting client relationships. The position requires 1+ years in retail banking, a high school degree or equivalent, and availability for weekend/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices like cash vault and ATM, resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and discuss financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to give clients access to accounts anytime.
• Support branch operations, maintain high standards for loss control, compliance and audits.
