Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, ensure policy adherence, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead a small team, manage cash operations, and drive adoption of self-service tools while maintaining strict compliance with banking regulations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail banking, a high school diploma or GED, and the flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
Maintain detail orientation and organizational skills to juggle tasks.
Lead branch operations and ensure transaction accuracy in a collaborative team.
Educate branch team and partners to stay informed and compliant.

1+ years of retail banking experience.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs; manage waiting queue.
Lead cash operations (cash vault, ATM) and resolve client issues.
Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
Promote self-service options for 24/7 account access.
Support branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance and audits.
