Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive exceptional client experiences, manage branch operations, and lead a hospitality-focused team. You will work with the Branch Manager to ensure accurate transactions, regulatory compliance, and customer education while leveraging self-service tools.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships, with weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate branch team and partners and keep them informed.
• Strong customer engagement and ability to refer clients to experts.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Able to work weekend/evening branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during check-in.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, such as the cash vault and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Share self-service options to simplify banking anytime, day or night.
• Support branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
