Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and smooth their visit; check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to enhance the client experience.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime, anywhere.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
