Bank of Hope on Oahu is seeking a Service Officer to manage daily branch operations, assist with teller duties, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. You will contribute to sales by cross-selling products and support audits and fraud prevention efforts.

The role requires at least 3 years in branch operations, strong communication skills, and a High School Diploma, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 3 years of branch operations experience.
• English: written advanced; verbal fluent.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily operational functions and routine transactions.
• Ensure branch policy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with teller duties 25% of time during peak hours.
• Follow fraud prevention protocols and report risks.
• Participate in audits and corrective actions.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.
• Cross-sell bank products and support sales goals.
• Mentor tellers and front-line staff on procedures.
• Assist with back-office tasks such as wire transfers.
