Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for customers by addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and services, ensuring a positive banking experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on bank products and services and referring to other team members when necessary.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments, and money orders with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Support branch operations and cross-sell or upsell additional products and services.
