Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 4+ years of experience in Branch operations or equivalent (Officer I).
• 5+ years of experience in Branch operations or equivalent with supervisory or project leadership (Officer II).
• 6+ years of experience in Branch operations or equivalent with advanced policy/project experience (Officer III).
• 5+ years of experience in Branch operations or equivalent with advanced leadership in compliance, projects, or certifications (SR Officer).

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly branch certifications and supplemental reviews for high-risk locations.
• Support technology upgrades, new product rollouts, and cash recycler deployments.
• Provide data and analysis to inform executive decisions.
• Coach Assistant Managers and branch staff; support hiring and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure regulatory and operational alignment.
