Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking a Customer Service & Leadership role in Hawaii to provide exceptional service, mentor tellers, and support branch operations. You will resolve inquiries, educate customers on products, and focus on cash-handling accuracy and compliance.

The position involves leading by example, coaching teammates, and coordinating with other departments to enhance customer relationships and branch performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; customer-service experience a plus.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) required.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance required.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting inquiries and resolving issues.
• Educate customers about bank products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Mentor and train tellers on service standards, cash-handling, and procedures.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments and other routine transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and support branch during peak hours.
• Collaborate with branches and departments to resolve issues.
