Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-service branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Educate clients on self-service options and digital tools.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy.
• Build relationships and refer clients to experts for financial needs.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch safety.
• Partner with the team to deliver consistent, courteous service.
