Qualifications

• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintains detail and organization to juggle multiple tasks.
• Leads branch operations and mentors the branch team.
• Educates the branch team and partners to stay informed.
• Builds meaningful client relationships and educates clients.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices; resolve issues with accuracy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
