Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, lobby flow, and meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs while managing the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and smooth.
