Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in our JPMorgan Chase branch to drive exceptional client experiences, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, greet clients, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service options while leading the team to deliver accurate transactions and secure operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency.
• Proactive in educating and informing team and customers.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions; manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like vault and ATM.
• Resolve client issues quickly while following bank policies.
• Educate clients and refer to experts as needed.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking.
