Qualifications

• Must adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and operational proficiency in a team setting.
• Ability to educate and keep branch partners informed.
• Excellent client engagement and referral to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices; resolve client issues with accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service access to accounts for 24/7 convenience.
• Support all branch operations, including loss control, compliance and audits.
