Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Branch is seeking a Branch Operations Lead. You will work with the Branch Manager and team to ensure accurate transactions, welcome clients, promote self-service options, and uphold policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead branch operations, manage cash devices, monitor loss control, and train staff to deliver exceptional service while building lasting client relationships across the community.

Qualifications

• You follow policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• You stay organized and detail oriented to juggle tasks.
• You lead and educate a branch team while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• You engage clients, educate them, and refer to experts when needed.
• You have 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and scheduling.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide them calmly.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
