Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch activities, partner with the Branch Manager, and ensure accurate processing of client transactions while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will help educate the branch team, promote self-service options for clients, manage lobby flow, and drive loss prevention and audits, balancing exceptional service with strong controls.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to appropriate services.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to help clients access accounts anytime, online or via ATM.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure and compliant.
