Job summary

State Employees’ Credit Union is seeking a member services specialist to greet members, open and manage accounts, and educate clients on available services. You will balance cash drawers, operate drive-thru when needed, and maintain various reports with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to their needs or direct them to the right source.
• Open new memberships and establish accounts; process changes as needed.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Record transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru as needed.
• Prepare and verify cash delivery and shipments weekly.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations; support tax preparation or lending as needed.
