Job summary

SECU is seeking a member services associate to greet members and respond to their needs across all delivery channels. You will handle cash box management, open and maintain accounts, answer phone inquiries, and assist with safe deposit boxes and other branch services.

Requirements include fluency in English, good communication, a positive attitude, and basic math. The role includes balancing drawers, operating drive-thru windows, and maintaining daily records in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Key all required transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Keep daily and monthly records of reports such as vault control, returned checks, Visa gift cards, etc.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations.
• May begin training in other areas of branch operations.
