Job summary

SECU in Gastonia, NC is seeking a member service representative/teller to greet members and respond to needs across channels. You will open new accounts, educate members on products, and process daily transactions in a fast-paced credit union setting.

You will balance cash drawers, handle vault and ATM tasks, and participate in training while supporting drive-thru operations and daily record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain records for vault, processed items, and reports.
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations.
• Provide clerical support and cover other branch areas as needed.
• May train in other areas of branch operations.
