SECU is seeking a motivated team member to provide exemplary member service across all channels. You will handle cash operations, open and maintain accounts, and answer inquiries while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires strong math and communication skills, a willingness to train, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and career growth opportunities are available within SECU Greensboro Branch.

Formación

• Must speak English fluently.
• Strong math, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Open new memberships and accounts; process changes.
• Educate members on services and recommend solutions.
• Enter transactions into Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly vault, checks, Visa gift card reports.
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Support advances on existing credit lines with approvals.
• Answer phones, file, scan documents, and handle clerical duties.
• May train in other branch ops areas.
