Qualifications

• Must speak English fluently.
• Strong math, organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Open new memberships and accounts; process changes.
• Educate members on services and recommend solutions.
• Enter transactions into Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
• Maintain daily/monthly vault, checks, Visa gift card reports.
• Prepare and verify cash deliveries weekly.
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Support advances on existing credit lines with approvals.
• Answer phones, file, scan documents, and handle clerical duties.
• May train in other branch ops areas.
