Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) for an on-site role. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, and progress toward managing your own branch with relocation support.

You will actively originate loan opportunities, help customers with loan applications, and educate on lending services while supporting sales goals and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package for moves >50 miles.
