Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is hiring an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our on-site team. You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program covering branch operations and management, with relocation supported when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will help customers reach financial goals, originate loan opportunities, and educate clients on lending options and credit improvement, while contributing to sales goals and a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance.
• Criminal background, credit history checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; full relocation package (>50 miles).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in meeting financial goals and originate new loan business.
• Educate customers on consumer lending options and credit improvement.
• Guide customers through loan application and payment reminders.
• Support branch operations, assess loan applications, and assist in hiring/training.
• Promote growth and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
