Job summary

Republic Finance, an established consumer finance company, is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM). The role features an 18–24 month paid training program, relocation support when promoted, and a clear path to Branch Manager.

You’ll learn branch operations, originate loans, educate customers, and help grow the office while upholding company values and customer experience. The job is 100% onsite with a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, finance, sales or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training.
• Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Make credit decisions and administer loan closings.
• Process insurance claims and educate customers on lending services.
