Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to begin a 18–24 month on-the-job training program, learning branch operations and management with a clear path to Branch Manager. You will help customers meet financial goals, originate loan business, and educate clients on lending services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves more than 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loan applications, risk analysis, and credit decisions.
• Help recruit and train staff and execute sales plans.
• Relocate for promotion to Branch Manager when required.
• Educate customers on lending options and debt consolidation.
• Promote core values and deliver outstanding customer experience.
